Founded in 2014 by sisters, Mandy and Michelle Rabban, Mandy Rose is the premier place for bridal party hair and makeup in the Metro Detroit area. Mandy and Michelle believe beauty is a form of self expression that empowers their clients.
Mandy Rabban
Co-Founder and Makeup Artist
Mandy’s makeup career started when she was just 19 years old. “I fell in love with makeup, and the confidence that makeup gave me,” says Mandy. So, she went to New York City and received professional photography makeup training at the prestigious Makeup Designory. Makeup Designory is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). To further her training, she attended David Pressley School of Cosmetology in 2011 to practice esthetics.
Makeup is a technique, and a form of art. With a passion for teaching, Mandy Rose opened a Makeup Academy in June 2021. Mandy absolutely adores sharing her expertise of the “how’s, what’s, and where’s” of makeup application, and bringing out the artist within us when we do our own makeup at home.
Michelle Rabban
Co-Founder and Hair Stylist
Michelle’s passion for hair started at a very youthful age when she would enjoy styling Mandy’s hair. As a teenager, Michelle branched out to styling her friends’ and family’s hair. In 2011, Michelle attended David Pressley school of Cosmetology, which is when she turned her hobby into a career. Together, Mandy and Michelle launched the Mandy Rose brand with their first location in West Bloomfield, MI.
